If I could give zero I would, very unprofessional. They shouldn’t have children trying to run a store. Called at 10:45 pm to place an order and the girl told me “no longer accepting orders because we’re backed up”…. Mind you they close at 2AM I called at 10:40pm?! If you can’t handle the job get someone in there that can. Shouldn’t be closing that many hours early.

Ordered food at 7pm today was given a delivery time of 7:35pm. No problem. I finally got ahold of the manager asking where my food is an hour and a half from ordering it. She has no clue what’s going on. Finally said the driver just left at 8:40pm. Never order from them again. If I could give no stars I would.

We had a party that we needed fo provide pizzas for. We ordered 3 large pizzas on the phone. When we came 20 minutes later like told, they told us to come back. We ended up calling and basically waited another 40 minutes which made us late for the party. They ended up giving us the three larges for free.

I ordered pizza through the Dominoes app. After I paid, the app informed me immediately that my order was being prepared and gave a time window for pickup. I arrived at the store within the window and to my surprise my order wasn’t even worked on. The worker also told me there is going to be at least a 20 minute wait. All of this could’ve been avoided if they simply updated the Dominoes tracker. On top of all this I was not offered compensation for this huge inconvenience. I’ve had this happen twice with this specific Dominoes. What a disappointment, I will try my best to avoid this store in the future.

Online order-Horrible experience, rock hard cold pizza & brownies, the food was 3 hours late, no one answers the phone, not to mention half my order was forgotten at the store by the driver. I was called by customer service after I complained and they agreed the service was unacceptable but I tried to reorder as advised and yet again no one knows how to answer the damn phone. The service from this location is by far the worst service in food history, I wish I could change delivery stores because this location need a make-over in Management baaaad!

I always expect this location to take a long time to deliver once I order. Today I waited for over an before calling to check on my food. The tracker just kept saying preparing . Once we called we were informed that they were waiting on a back up driver who had just got to the store . If they would have given us a heads up we would’ve picked up our order.

It took the young man behind the counter at least 5 minutes to acknowledge me. 7.99 carryout “deal” was awful. Did not taste like the Dominos I am use to. Little to no cheese. Salty crust.
