Staff seems to need more training. Asked us what we wanted multiple times and took probably 5 minutes to input a single sandwich order. The person on register did not seem to understand my request to add two vegetable add ons and had to repeat myself multiple times. Food was good though, just think staff could use a bit more training. Also, on another note, the pickle we received with our sandwich was the saddest soggiest and floppiest little pickle. Not a big deal really but….I personally wouldn’t have sent that out as I work in food myself.

The employees at this location are absolutely amazing! The sandwich making skills are in my opinion better than Subways. Whenever I am unsure of what sandwich I want, I ask Michael (Mikey). Especially, since he is always coming up with new ideas and mixing ingredients they have for sandwiches. There is also another employee there who goes by the name Kat and she has awesome customer service skills as well. Both Kat and Michael always make me feel welcomed when I come in. However, overall I enjoy eating at firehouse. The employees here definitely make you feel like family. If infinite stars were a choice they would get infinite amount of stars from me, thats for sure! THANK YOU FOR ALWAYS MAKING MY EXPERIENCES GREAT!

The worst location I am done ordering from this location forever. The orders are never ready when they say they’re going to be, and the employees are highly unprofessional they will literally just stare at you. They’ll be multiple people waiting in line and multiple employees walking around doing nothing and talking.

Had a wonderful time! My friends and I grabbed a bite to eat a few days ago. Not only were the staff kind but very helpful. I had never been to a firehouse location before this. The food was amazing and you could tell the staff treated each other like family. We will definitely be going back again!

Clean and fast service. It’s my go to place for food at Ward Parkway. Staff tries to maintain the place as clean as they can but some customers don’t clean up after themselves. No restroom in this place. It shares a common restroom with the other stores in the mall. It’s a bit of a walk so it’s either use the restroom before or after if you are to eat here alone.

I waited 25mins for my food. When I got my food the take away containers were ic cold and full of kitchen/food debris. I decided to open the containers and found cold sandwiches… I had good food from them in the past but today sucked!!

Food is very good in my opinion, but the service at this location is lacking. I have ordered 3 online orders here and never had it within 10 minutes of my pickup time. Today I waited at the counter for 20 minutes before even being addressed, while my order had been ready the whole time. If you have an online order section where people don’t pickup their own food, you need to take 15 seconds to check with people standing at it if you have an online order sitting there. Hot sub was no longer hot. Workers argue amongst each other in front of customers. Not an extremely well run operation. Had a nice manager last time that threw in some free chips because I waited. Probably will start looking to jersey mikes after three tries here.

Will never be back to this location. Horrible service waited 30 minutes for 3 sandwiches. Employees were too busy playing and chatting it up. We had no special requests and there was only one other person in the store at the same time. Had we not had to pay as we ordered we would have walked out. We were tempted to do so anyway. Completely ridiculous!!!!
