Today I had an awful experience with this company. After i have put hundreds into this company. Usually the delivery driver is polite and courteous I usually give him a tip. On today I did not tip him, my order was 41$ the price of their food is two times higher than before and plus they already get a tip out the delivery fee itself. He had a hissy fit because I didn’t tip him then asked me how much money I have on my debit card. When I told him that’s not his business he said I just want to make sure your card won’t decline he said this multiple times. Seriously man why would i even order if I didn’t have the funds to order the food. Not once have my card declined with this company. I called to speak with a manager first spoke with a lady after I explained everything the only thing she asked was did I pay for the food I asked for a manager they began laughing in the background speaking thier language as if it was funny. The so called manager tried to justify the driver’s disrespect by saying he just wanted to make sure the funds for the food was available stereotyped again. I was stereotyped and discriminated against because I’m black. They would have never done this to anyone else. It really hurt my feelings especially after putting so much money into this company. Customer lost! Tried to belittle me because I didn’t tip. They don’t understand that customers is what keeps your business going and how to treat them with respect they just care about money. Such a disappointment! I even purchased food from them through the pandemic when everyone else was terrified to order from them.

Have been ordering china moon for years but there seems to be a change. When I get beef fried rice it’s full of large onions and not chopped smaller, I found hair in my rice on one occasion and had egg shell in my rice today. Not to mention I have had barely cooked beef in a beef and broccoli order. No longer my go to Chinese place finding another. Seems to me a possibility of too many different cooks no consistency in quality.

An office orders over 25 items and this is not the 1st time we have ordered but this will be the last time. You would think they would somehow label each item just with a number as we order by number. – L22 or L11, etc. Such a mess trying to figure out what is what. My meal had carrots in it and was not cooked maybe for 10 seconds. Biting into a hard carrot, I could of had carrot sticks for lunch instead. The shrimp was very soft hardly cooked, not spicy as it should of been and the sauce was terrible. Strange tasting meal. Others as well had their complaints. We have no clue what happened but this place is totally horrible. “We” will not order from there again.

This was my first visit and I liked the cleanliness of the restaurant and their contactless delivery process for COVID. I ordered Chicken Fried Rice and Chicken Pepper & Onion on side. Food was very tasty. I am keeping one star in my pocket until I try their other menu items. I recommend this restaurant.

Awesome fresh food….neighborhood friendly owners treat everyone like their friends and family…..this is the only Chinese food restaurant I go to now…even if im 30 mins away I would drive there and back just to get their food and to feel welcome on a bad day lol
