It didn’t take long to fall for Top Slice Pizzeria! Shan B and her crew took great care of me and served up some outstanding lunch slices. I ordered the “lunch special”. Two slices and a water for $9. A slice of Supreme and a slice of Chicken Bacon Ranch (crispy) really hit the spot. I dined out on the sidewalk seating and was totally impressed. I’ll be a regular at Top Slice Pizzeria for sure.

Extremely disappointed. Attended an event at the Mahaffey Theatre and wanted to get a quick bite to eat close by with my little one. After reading the reviews thought this place sounds like a dream for a New Yorker like me. Well, let me tell you, this place is disgusting. I rarely leave reviews but felt the need to share my experience. It’s extremely dirty, the floors, walls, mats, it literally looks like no one ever cleans it. This is after I had sat down to eat. The pizza was burnt and not much flavor to it. I couldn’t leave since my little one really wanted pizza. Never again. Health codes are definitely being violated here.

I love Pizza. Top Slice is hands down the best pizza I have had in all of Tampa and St. Petersburg. I love the Pizza. The Chicken Bacon Ranch is my all time favorite. I show all my family and friends this place and recommend it to anyone I can. Come in for a slice or a whole pie. Will leave satisfied.

Place would be a 5 if they organized their online ordering. Spent $28 on a pizza via their website and when we went to pick it up they didn’t even know the order existed. Then they gave us the pizza they made to sell by the slice and it was cold. Been here many times, first time I’ve been disappointed.

Is it the water from New York, is it the location or maybe the friendly owner and staff? Pizza for me is something I’d say “it’s pizza how can it be bad”. This is not just an ordinary pizza, it’s New York style pizza. From the warm greeting to seeing the passion the owner takes in his business. All this comes out in the flavor of the pizza. Very clean and nicely decorated restaurant. Wasn’t hungry but didn’t stop me from getting a few slices to take home. Try the garlic knot sandwiches with chunky garlic butter slathered on top. These are definitely something that will keep vampires away looking forward to my next trip down to St. Petersburg and definitely saving room for Top Slice.
