Critter Kitten
Ordered a coffee to go. Also visited the facilities. Felt like we needed a shot for safety. One bathroom stall has NO door, the other stall was scary and also needed severe attention. Soap dispenser on wall and hand dryer, but sink was nasty and had note taped to mirror stating sink was broken. I’m uphauled that the health department allows this.

I ordered a bacon egg and cheese croissant, with a medium coffee. Instead of informing me that this location does not serve bacon, I was sold and ate this whatever substitute meat. I really did not appreciate this considering if the roles were reversed lawsuits would be filed. I was not given a receipt, otherwise I would have gone right back for a refund. I will not be visiting this location ever again.

Poor customer service. I am the regular customer and I almost know everyone in this location. The new guy Mehran does not know how to deal with the customers at all. He needs to be trained properly or else we will start go somewhere else. Just because of his bad attitude we don’t like to come at this location. I would request to the owner to take a serious note on this because this location used to have the best staff ever.

The worst DD I ever went to. First time I went there the hot latte I ordered was 3/4 foam and barely enough coffee. Second time the bagel was burnt and instead of the latte I ordered (after specifically telling them less foam) they messed up and gave me a hot chocolate. Always check your food before you leave this place with it!!!! I Found another location with way better service.
