I got the carne asada burrito, meat was a little dry but it was good. My wife got street tacos and she said they were alright. Side of red rice was on point. Did like that they had a little salsa bar with 4 or 5 different salsas, cucumbers, limes, Pico, with jalapeños and carrots. It was good and we will be back. It’s not the Tucson,AZ burrito spots but it was worth the price.

Love Rolberto’s salsa bar they have mild med and hot, plus limes, carrots, pico, and more. The food isn’t Americanized it’s wonderfully authentic. Reminds me of “Tata’s” (grandma’s) cooking. I had the 3 meat fajitas plate. I chose to not have chicken today, just beef and shrimp. Love the medium avocado salsa and corn tortillas. I recommend this dish highly.

3 stars because I have eaten there a few times and it was always pretty good food, and value for the money. But this time I had write a review in hopes that someone of importance may see it. I got the smothered burrito, and 2 tacos, all ground beef. My Girlfriend got the cheese enchiladas. Every single item was salty to the point of being inedible. Usually would give this place 5 stars for value and 4 stars for food but with this instance would rate it 1 to 0 stars. So an average of 3. I will try them one more time in the future and see if the over salted food is corrected.Please cut back on the salt, maybe let the customers decide how much salt to use.

While visiting from out of town I made sure to come here for both dinner and a late night snack. I was so impressed with not only the authentic and amazing taste but the speed of service. At 10:30 PM on a Thursday night the drive thru saw me and 4 other cars go through in 15 minutes. Clearly I am not the only one who enjoys this Rolberto’s.

We decided to try after hearing some good reviews coming back, I am so very happy! I got the carne asada bowl and hubby got the monster burrito. Mine was absolutely perfect, nothing too dry, perfectly flavored and authentic. The monster burrito was 16 inches of pure awesome, not over filled with “fillers” but the perfect blend of meat rice and beans (I absolutely love their beans)

At first I was shocked by the prices, but when I got my food…..good God!!! My daughters burrito was HUGE! She made two meals out of it. My carne asada torta was big too! I could barely handle it with my big basketball gripping hands!! Ok… So what about quality and taste??

Despite appearing rather ordinary on the outside, the food here is reasonably priced and surprisingly good. I can recommend the chile Colorado, the carnitas, and the Chile Relleno. I like their green salsa too.
