This location sucks. None of the extras I asked for were granted, and I ordered this due to having a meeting over my lunch today so I don’t have time to run it back. I want a full refund. There’s 6 pieces of meat, and the bowl isn’t even half full. This is the first and last time I have used this location; absolutely not worth it.

Awesome staff! Had a great conversation with the manager who was helping the staff clean after the lunch rush had ended. She was great, told her this was just my second time I had gone to chipotle and she made me want to return. Everyone was nice and the food was awesome! Gotta try the new chicken again! With the price being so similar to McDonalds, I’m making this my regular takeout place after work.

Terrible food quality! Guac that has turned brown, chips stale with smell of oil and rice sticky and clumped up! What has happened to Chipotle quality? Prices have almost doubled with quality and service hitting the bottom!

NEVER order pickup or take out from this location. I have done dozens of orders through the app for this location and 99.9% of the time they mess up the order. I’m only writing this review because every time my order is wrong they just give me a free drink, and I could cater a wedding with all the free drinks and chips I’ve gotten from their orders being wrong at this location. The only way you’re order is going to be accurate is if you walk in and watch them make it. They just leave off ingredients constantly and they won’t start your order until you get there. Pure laziness and poor service all around. Do better.
