We had our dog with us and just wanted to grab a quick bite to eat. We are so glad we stopped here. We had just a bit of trouble finding it because the sign is way around the corner closest to the bridge. It’s the fish and chips place. The food and drinks were excellent. We both had mushroom Swiss burgers and I opted for onion rings instead of fries. They were amazing. I also had a spiked lemonade that was delicious and hit the spot on a hot day. I appreciate they are dog-friendly and they actually brought over a dog dish with water.

Location is great, right by the bridge and the river, in the same area as the London Bridge visitor center. The price is reasonable, big pizza only $17, Hawaiian burger $12 which tasted really good. $6 margarita is so so. Ice water is free of charge. There’s 3 step order system. 1: order drink 2: order food 3: find a place to seat. The menu is on the counter right after you enter the door.

I had their delicious, generously portioned 3 piece (cod) fish and chips plus a side of corn cob. (Menu says 2, but it’s really one, two halves, served in a bucket of somewhat spicy brine). The plate was loaded up with hot, scrumptious potato french fries and the tasty tarter sauce was thick and creamy. A lady was feeding the birds right under a Do Not Feed the Birds sign (Okay, I admit it was me). Everyone working there was happy, friendly and extremely attentive.

The staff, the food and the drink are all Amazing! I lived in Seattle for years and Ivar’s clam chowder has been my #1 for years. No other clam chowder has ever been better!!! UNTIL I WENT TO BURGERS BY THE BRIDGE! Hands down, Best Clam chowder bowl I’ve ever had! And let’s also talk about the Crispy-moist and flakey Fish and chips. The fries are the nest ive ever had, you can tell they are hand cut, right then and feied with fresh oil! I would give them 10 stars if I could! Only thing I would change is that they serve mixed drinks out of kid cups. And we ordered doubles.

The teen boys chose din while on vaca. The shrimp cocktail for $13 was def NOT worth it. It’s literally 7 shrimp w/ a cup of sauce. I expected an actual shrimp cocktail. The fries were cold but the burger was decent. I got the Ortega Burger. They were extremely busy but service was pretty quick however the food could have been better.

Great food! Great staff! Great view! Probably one of the best views on the boardwalk by the bridge. Pastrami sandwich and carne asad fries were delicious and would recommend! Try the famous s’mores. Do this in evening when the lights come on and you’ll have a lovely evening!
