Every time I order for delivery, it takes easily more than an hour to get here and I only live 10 mins away. I wish they didn’t let me choose the delivery option online to begin with. It would have saved me so much time if I went there to pick it up myself. This location has never been punctual with their orders and it never fails to disappoint me.

I’m a Domino’s Pizza fan and have been for a long time. This location has let me down for the last time. Order was placed at approximately 8:15 pm. The order stayed in quality check from 8:32 pm until 9:32 pm. The pizza was delivered at 9:51. It was not the usual heavenly feast that has made me a diehard Domino’s fan. There was no way to reach anyone at the store. Sadly the only way to let Domino’s know about the situation is through an automated process inside the app. I won’t stop ordering from Domino’s, I will just go pick up from across town. Your team let me down.

The company was very unprofessional. I put an order in. I didn’t get a confirmation till like three hours later that I did not have a driver very very unprofessional they could at least call me. Friday the 31st I had put an order in my order was late because the first driver we don’t know what happened but the manager was very professional, and took the time to bring our food on his own. We really appreciate it and we will order again.

This location is horrible when it comes to delivering hot food. I stayed on hold for help with my Cold Food for 15 minutes and they decided to hang up on me. Very unhappy customer here. Will never use this location again. I do not recommend this location to anyone. Not for delivery!!!

My food was late and the workers that made the food didn’t wear gloves even when making it. I sat in their watching them make different orders and not one of the 3 workers ever had gloves on. They where mixing up orders had to remake a lady’s order bc they messed it up

I’ve ordered from zelda rd before and have had no issues. Then the tracker says my order was being quality checked. It’s been over an hour. I called the store and I’ve been on hold for about 15 minutes now. I called back. Immediately got put on hold. Then the guy tells me it’s almost there and hangs up.

I ordered from this location and my experience was absolutely awful. I ordered online, the tracking was seeming off but I waited it out. it then notifies me that my driver is out for delivery, & then that my order was delivered. I called and let them know that it was never delivered, the man on the phone asks for my information and then tells me that “the driver is leaving the store with my order now” after it was already supposed to be ordered?? I waited 30 minutes and called again to ask where my order was. I was told the driver told him she dropped my order off at a different house & then says I can call back tomorrow and speak to the manager and ask for a refund because he couldn’t do anything seeing how my order was “completed”. so now it’s almost midnight and i’m having to go out and find something open. absolutely ridiculous and will never order from this location again.
