It’s the third time I go in to eat at this qdoba because it’s close to where I work. Every time I go I get the same lady I believe she is the manager. Every time I’ve went she’s always seemed very rude or in a bad mood to me. They should have a manager that speaks English because unfortunately it is very difficult to communicate with her. On another note the bathrooms are DISGUSTING the three times I’ve went the hand washing station and the toilet are disgusting. And sometimes they don’t even have toilet papers in the bathroom so you have to go to the OTHER bathroom for toilet paper. This is the last time I’m going to this location, I prefer to go to chipotle. The bathrooms are nicer and I avoid the rude manager, she shouldn’t work with that kind of attitude she should be fired.

Noticed my cashier rang in a chicken burrito instead of the veggie burrito I ordered. I pointed this out to them but was disregarded and told it’s the same price and doesn’t matter. I trusted they knew the menu and paid the total. On my way out I checked the menu and confirmed there was a price difference. I went back and asked to please have my total adjusted to reflect what I ordered. The cashier seemed inconvenienced by my request and abrasively handed my 20¢ from the register before deciding he was done with the interaction. After the partial refund I still lost 64¢ which I’m not concerned about. However the complete lack of respect for a customer who tried to correct the problem right away before being disregarded is terrible customer service.

Came in today, was the only person in line. The workers saw me but totally ignored me, didn’t even acknowledge me or say “hello, be with you in a moment!” Decent customer service is easy and free to provide. Oh well… I just walked out without ordering. ‍♂️

We went there last Saturday at around 7 pm in evening. We were only customers.. Weren’t greeted or given any common courtesy by the staff. They were just giving sulky expression. They price gouge here and the service is horrendous. They didn’t even wrap our burrito correctly so it got all spilled up. I don’t recommend this locatIon. We never had a good experience.

This Qdoba never has Guacamole. Half of the food is mostly cold and old. This store needs new management or something. Can’t promise free guac without having any at all. Very disappointing .

I got a burrito bowl and quesadilla for me and my son. My quesadilla was very filling and I love that they don’t charge extra for guacamole. Fresh hot peppers and the chips was delicious. Never disappointed when I go here.

This qdoba gave me my burrito bowl and had it ready on time for pick up, but they didn’t add any chicken to my bowl when I had chicken on the receipt. Paid over $9 for rice and beans. Sad 🙁
