There is no way this store has a 3.6 rating. Must have ALL employees and their family leaving 5 star. I can’t count the number of times I have shown up an hour before closing to be refused what I come for because they didn’t have any cooked and REFUSED to cook more!! Horrible business, terrible way to treat customers. They have lost my business…over $100 per visit due to my large family!!!

July 24 visit at 9:00 PM They said they closed at 8:30 and so they couldn’t cook anything for us. After a bit they agreed to make some fried rice and unfortunately they did not pound out the clumps enough because it was very very clumpy and also lacked any flavor. The orange chicken was dry and tasteless. They originally offered us teriyaki as an option but when they brought it to us, they gave us honey shrimp instead which was soggy and gross!!! Very disappointing. We go to ALOT of different pandas. This was by far the worst we have visited. Such a shame. If the business closes at 9:30 PM, YOU COOK UNTIL 9:29 PM NO QUESTIONS ASKED!!! Who wants to go order food from a place that’s going to serve cold, soggy, dry, plain leftovers???? You will drive your guests away. Manager on duty, please take heed.

Panda used to be the place to go. I’ve always loved Panda. Went to this location. Not familiar with some of the items they offered. Asked to try something because ei can’t eat spicy food. But when I’m told no and they can’t give me give me info on it, time for me to say no thanks. I won’t be back. I’m livid to say the least. With so many options for people choose from, I’d think Panda would be more about customer service. Not one employee smiling.

typical Panda express… Yet after about eating halfway through are meal I saw a massive beetle in the orange chicken (it looked liked it was cooked with all the orange chicken). Disgusting!!!!! UGH!!!! went straight to the manager and she refunded are food but this is unacceptable.

I’ve been to just about every Panda Express from Charlotte NC to Jacksonville FL this Panda Express worst food yet. Chicken smelled sour, food was cold, and a sweet fire chicken was so soggy and nasty and also cold.

They got my whole order wrong I ordered at drive thru Stop and take your time with what your customers order . Lucky no one was allergic to what was put on the plates . Stop rushing orders cause it could make a difference with someones life one day .

Went thru the drive thru ordered and paid and was told to pull up and wait. 20 minutes goes by and I still have not received my food. I go inside and have to wait since there was a line. After receiving my food and making me late for work. While driving to work I open my food and notice there’s more rice than anything else. There was literally 8 pieces of orange chicken. On top of that the food was cold because it was sitting there for 20 minutes and no one even bothered to bring it to me.
