Store is usually busy, especially in the morning times. Which means that most orders take a long while to get ready. The longest I waited for my order (a small hot chocolate and egg sandwich) was about a half an hour. With customers constantly coming in and out of the door. Not to mention the store was filled beyond belief.

The brunette lady with the bun who appears to be the manager of the store attends to people in a rude manner, except for a few customers who she’s actually nice to. I’ve only been to this location three times, and each of my experiences have been the same. If you want quality service, I recommend going to a different Dunkin’ Donuts

This happens every time but today I decided talk ! I took my grandson we where first on line, they serve everybody else after and we were the last ones to get our drinks!! I ask for the manager and the girl told me the manager wasn’t there!! So frustrating sawing everyone leave and we were the first to ask for the order!! The service is horrible, never again!!!

Worst Dunkin in the area. Staff is slow and inattentive. If there is more than 2 customers in line you end up with a 15 minute wait. Been here 3 times, always the same, wont go back.

Pros: Donuts are much bigger and cheaper than DD in Colorado. Cons: ordering an Americano was made complicated (smh) and the coffee was NOT hot. The space is set up poorly for social distancing; no outdoor anything so you just have to leave. Will not go back. The photo is a Baskin Robbins “roasted turkey” ice cream cake!
