The food is fantastic however the front counter service has been really bad lately. Last time I called, I got hung up on accidentally twice. Then when I went to pick up my food, I had to wait an extra 10 minutes for half my order despite it being literally right on the counter… why? Because the front counter was dealing with two messed up orders instead of finishing mine. The women up front were rudely yelling at the cook staff in broken Spanish. There was a long line of folks waiting. ‍♂️

First timers there because we had coupon and you can’t beat two pies and a dozen garlic knots for $32. The sauce ! Their sauce is outstanding and every spice comes through. My wife did pick up and she said the staff was kind of “stand-off-ish” and did not make her feel welcome. Would definitely try again.

I drive out of my way from Old Bethpage for their succulent Palermo wrap. Pizza is delicious – crunch is solid, sauce is well balanced. What really impressed me was the reaction on my wife’s face on how beautifully chopped her salad with grilled chicken was. Like, the cook went out of his way good. I was sold. I call and pick up often.

Francesco’s has become my family’s “go-to” for pizza and salads, after ordering from other pizza spots around town for 20+ years. Their food is fresh and they offer sizable portions. I usually order delivery, but in the few times I’ve opted for pickup, their staff has always been very friendly.
