A very nice addition to the local Holly Springs area. Nice and clean with a sitting area and tables for guests to recline. Since it just opened, there are still a few wrinkles as the crew gets an understanding of the cash register and operations. The caramel frozen coffee is very good, and doughnuts are fresh. Sign up for the rewards program.

we have gone to 2 locations in Cary and Hollysprings and they are both frequently out of menu items. Specifically croissants and apple fritters. My wife ordered a croissant once and they were out of croissants and eggs and ended up with a bacon and cheese bagel. We went to the Hollysprings location recently and again they were out of croissants and apple fritters. Only good thing was that the service was friendly.

Quality across the board at all DD has gone down. The food tends to be unseasoned, dry and poorly put together if they even have it. Their coffee is not for me. Overall, loud, busy location, with cramped and limited parking and about average food for this chain.

Tried ordering a regular coffee at 6:30 pm (30 min before closing) and was told the only option was a latte with coconut milk or a refresher because “it was so close to closing”. This is Dunkin…one of the main things you’re known for is coffee. I’d be understanding if I were skimming by 5 min before closing, but not a half hour.

I ordered omelete bite, hash browns and a small Mocha. The coffee was good. That is all. I think the omelete bites were spoiled. They really can’t taste that awful all the time. The hash browns, all five of them were about an hour old. First time trying Dunkin’ here, and will not return

Barely greeted by the cashier. Asked how the avocado toast was and was told she had never had it before, so no feedback there (it was awful). Empty dining room with wet, dirty floor. Communication looked like one employee yelling across the front end of the restaurant to another that the cappuccino machine was not working. Donuts were good but wouldn’t make a special trip back for them.
