Tried this place for the first time today with my family! Very pleased and happy with the service and food! Sandwiches were delicious and customer service was amazing! Very clean and just and overall wonderful experience! Plus we were able to support local and small businesses here in Rosemont! Will definitely be coming back! I highly recommend this sandwich shop. I will happily go back when I’m in the area again. I was in charge of ordering sandwiches for a work group of 13. Every single sandwich came out exactly as ordered. Very impressed and totally grateful that I came out looking like the rock star but all the credit goes to the ladies that were working there including one of the owners i think. I am so grateful and thankful for their efforts. And I bought all their cookies which were so fresh and yummy

The staff is nice enough that I gave them another chance. At this point, I’m thinking maybe the pandemic left this place without meats? They used to be good however, the last two occasions that we’ve ordered from this place left me with questions. I mean, did they put the bread on a diet? Are they phasing out chicken? Why punish me? They even charge for placing an order on line so 3 sandwiches $40. What a waste of money. This is the last time we order from Rosemont Sandwich Spot. If you are looking for a sandwich to perform surgery on this is it! Just combine the two halves into one and you will get half a sandwich for the price of a whole one!
