Yesterday afternoon I was having a really bad day. I had just left the grocery store, after pulling in I saw the Sonic closest to me wasn’t offering drinks, two food containers busted open in my floor board two seperate times, I accidentally placed my mobile order at a Sonic way out of my way, I missed my turn into the lot…. and my sister in law was in the hospital on life support. With all the chaos going on I had accidentally missed a drink on my order. I know frustration had to be oozing from my pores at that point, but the girl who brought my order did not respond with irritation. Instead, she went inside and made my other drink and brought it right out to me. Honestly, I could have cried. So many things had been going wrong and though I was not intentionally unkind, I’m sure my reaction did not deserve the kindness she showed me in that moment. Even though it seemed like a small act it really changed the trajectory of my day. I’m SO grateful for that. I will be making a point to go “out of my way” to this location more often.

This sonic used to be pretty good but now its gone downhill. They didn’t get our order correct and the person that brought us our order had a bad attitude and when we asked for our correct order, she snapped at us. Do better at your job and just be nice. Called and talked with the manager Sammy and she said she would make it right when we come back by. Super nice and seems like the type of person to not tolerate what we went through.

Ordered 2 strawberry Dr peppers with light ice. The poor carhop girl on her 3rd day read off the receipt and realized it was wrong but had us try the drinks to make sure if they were wrong. One had no strawberries. The other drink did have them but was almost all ice. So the carhop had to take the drinks back. When the carhop brought the them back out. Her manager had her deliver a message. “My manager wanted me to let you know, Just for your future info, when you order a drink with strawberries, if you want more, you have to say add extra strawberries. There’s a only a certain amount that we can put in it.” Like wut. I order this all the time and it was very obvious that the order was wrong. In this case why would you send the carhop back out to blame the customer (while glaring at us through the window) when we didn’t even complain, we were asked.

Never coming here again. I would rather drive another 10 minutes to another sonic than come here again. Waited forever to get my food, while watching the workers inside play around. I saw about 2 workers make their OWN food and drinks and eat them while playing around. Once someone finally came out with our food she couldn’t even find our stall. Absolutely terrible.

Worst customer service there lately. I went and ordered some drinks for my wife and I one of them ended up being wrong. I politely made them aware that it was supposed to be a slush instead of a drink. As I reached out the window to give the drink back so it could corrected the gentleman who brought the drinks out literally stared at my hand as if he did not want to take the drink back. After about a minute he snatched the drink remade and brought it out with an attitude. His attitude was so terrible I threw the drink away just in case he had decided to do something to it. I doubt I’ll be returning to this sonic.
