I love slim chickens but I have gotten carry out 3 times in the last 60 days and all three times they have left whole meals off my order and charged an excessive amount for sauce that used to be included (1 or 2 per meal). all three times I have had to drive from home back to the Slim Chicken’s and have hardly gotten an apology much less a refund or gift card. Extremely unhappy with customer service and I’m considering not going back despite how much I love their food. McDonald’s has better customer service than this place and that says a lot!

Ordered 7, paid for 7, received 5. Fries were probably 5 year old approved at best. 18 minutes in the drive through. Nothing unique. First time patron. We won’t be fooled again!! Rock on chicken tender business! I really love fast food joints that short your meal or get it completely wrong. THA BEST!

The food the is price right for the quality. But the last 4 time we have gotten to go the forgot our dessert. So 8 dessert jars I’ve been charged for but not got. I live 25min away so kinda hard to load the kids back up and go get them.

Came to eat after work on a Friday, barely after 6pm, when I asked if the shades on the windows could be pulled down because it was blinding (in one of the only available places to sit), a nice young lady asked her manager Joey and he very rudely answered that they don’t come down for another 30 minutes (& with a flippant hand movement, as if he didn’t care). The nice young lady apologized and we dealt with the glaring sun after I got a dirty look from the MOD for saying “my eyes were burning”.

This place is clean and well decorated. The staff were very engaging and nice. Our meals were fresh and good. My only complaint is the amount of garlic butter (I think?) they put on the chicken sandwiches.

A very quiet place where the food is very tasty. The best thing about the environment is that you will not perceive the smells of the kitchen or impregnate your clothes. The only thing I would recommend is that there be some diptychs with the menu to be able to place the order without seeing the whiteboard since it is a bit more cumbersome when you go for the first time as in my case.
