Been eating there for over 20 years and always big fan. But last 3 years quality has dropped greatly. I always eat in to relax and save time but it takes a long time to receive my sandwich. Usually order a BLT but yesterday the Bacon was cooked through but so chewy I couldn’t eat it. Only was able to finish part of sandwich. I always recommend them because their BLT was the best but no longer. After the sandwich, sweet tea, service charge for using my bank card and $2 tip (for what I’m not sure) lm out $13 and didn’t enjoy my last visit. Also I showed up at 12:45 to avoid the lunch crowd and they only had 2 pick ups while I was there. They need to bring back the lady that worked the window and ran the place.
