The food here is pretty much similar to most Arby’s. I did try the new Hushpuppy breaded fish (sticks) today. They were better than I thought they’d be. They are smaller than what the advertised photo shows. I waited at least 20 minutes for my food today (1 pm) and had the Wagyu burger, it too was pretty good.

The food that I ordered was good, however, my guests order was wrong. And we ordered tea and there was none. I do have to say that the staff went out of their way to accommodate us. It was very refreshing to see an effort like that! Even brought us an extra sandwich after replacing his meal! I definitely rang the BELL on the way out!! Thank you you did a great job

The drive-thru was painfully slow. I mean horribly slow. My food was so-so. The reason for the 4 stars is because the wonderful lady at the window discovered just by sight that I did not get what I ordered. She had me pull forward and got me what I paid for. Her honesty and attention to detail were wonderful. Thank you, ma’am.

The ABSOLUTELY worst place I have ever been in. The cook in the back is complaining, cussing, and talking about the customers (me being one of them) because he couldn’t handle doing his job. Iv never been so disrespected by a fast food employee or ANY employee for that matter like I was here. All I wanted was to get what I paid for and me saying I was missing the #6 chicken sandwich on my order set him off on me. Before that he was doing the other things listed above.

Walked in and the young man at the register turns around and says to someone in the back I thought you said you closed the lobby some customers just walked in. He then proceeds to look at the family of 4 and says we can’t take your order because the lobby (the one we walked in through an unlocked door) is closed. Severely lacking in professionalism and customer service.
