While I was in the store picking up my pizza order. I noticed none of the employees wearing gloves including individuals making pizza. One person was making pizza putting cheese on the pizza wiping her hands in her pants and kept making other pizzas while checking her cell phone.

They are usually quick. Guess that is why the sandwiches are over cooked and have no meat on them. Nice crispy bread. Prices never match up to coupons. Say to call in. That is not the way it is suppose to work. Fix your shop.

When you call to place an order, it connects you to a call center in india where they place the order while they ask you a bunch of dumb time wasting questions. Im sorry, the fact that I cant call the actual store down the block from me and place an order is absolutely ridiculous. I already deal with enough headaches from indian call centers for non storefront services i pay for. For a business in my area with a storefront to do it? completely unacceptable. If you’re looking for a chain pizzeria that doesn’t do this, Pizza Hut is the only one. Papa Johns also has indian call centers.

This used to be my go to, not any more. I waited 2.5 hours for two pizzas to be delivered two miles away from this store. After waiting this long and having the manager call me, to confirm I still wanted the order, the pizzas were ice cold and dry. Kind of like they were sitting out for 2 hours. After 1.5 hours of waiting I called to confirm they received my order. They did. The person who answered the phone didn’t have an eta or any information for me. Super unhelpful. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN. 2.5 hour delivery time is unreasonable.

I am traveling from NC to NY and tried grabbing some pizza for my kids in transit. Accidentally ended up at this location but ordered to another. Staff was incredibly patient and gracious with a very tired mom with more than five hours of road ahead of her. Very grateful for exceptional customer service during a particularly long day.
