Great dining experience and very good burgers. It was a lovely day sitting outdoors. The manager Steve was energetic and helpful. Both of our burgers came out excellent. The customer service was excellent.

Burger was solidly terrible (patty tasted off, overcooked, bun and veggies met expectations.) Fries were 7/10 (boring but would get again), truffle fries also good and tasty. Chicken tenders + truffle fries seems like the best choice at our table. Service was fine.

So disappointing because we love the Fells Point location of Koopers. Asked for medium doneness and both burgers were dry as hockey pucks when they came out. My bun was so stale it was falling part in small crumbles the whole time I was eating the burger. I asked for sauted onion and got raw red onion instead. The patty was way too dense and totally lacked any seasoning whatsoever. It was dry as a bone all around. The truffle fries smelled good but we’re literally just undercooked soggy fries sitting in giant a puddle of the oil. So much oil that it leaked through the bag and all over our table. We won’t be revisiting them to say the least

The wings we got were really well done and I would get them again. The burgers on the other hand were pretty bad. They were overcooked and the patties looked like they were the pre-made frozen ones you get at the grocery store. I would not recommend getting the burgers, especially for the price they are charging. If you just want to grab some wings to snack on while you have a few beers inside it might be worth it.
