I can honestly say this is the best waffle house I have ever been to. They were all on top or their job. They was organized and all on the same page as far as getting the food out. There were a couple of mistakes with the food, but quick to make it right. Good job to the whole staff as you all worked like a unit.

Literally the single dirtiest restaurant I’ve ever been to. Went late at night and it had two guests and four employees. Despite being empty, employees were all sitting around talking while 6 tables and every counter space were dirty, as well as disgusting waffle iron area, and dirty food plates in the food preparation area. Absolutely disgusting. Enjoy Waffle House in general, but will never come back to this one.

I wanted to make sure I stopped in to give this staff a raving review! We came in today with our functional skills class, 7 students, 3 teachers and a bus driver. It was the best, most accommodating eating experience we have had on an outing and we have had plenty, the staff were so nice to the kids. Sat us all comfortably and made sure to make us feel special and welcome and not a burden like many places we have been to. The food got to us super fast and it was great. You will be on top of our list again for sure! Thank you so much

After sitting at the counter and asking for a cup of coffee for 10 minutes, while watching the staff cutting up with each other. When I asked one of the staff for help, I was told that wasn’t her section. Everyone else was getting service except me. I guess my veteran shirt must have offended the staff. When I went to leave, all of the sudden they wanted to help me. Told them that I will go some place that welcomes veterans!!

let me start off by saying the food is great, (when you can get it.) Have the employees been trained on how to use a house phone? because they dang sure don’t know how to answer it. I’ve called everyday for 3 days in a row and its done nothing but ring, And don’t tell me they were busy because there was 2 cars in the parking lot after I called in advance. Somehow this location is even worse than lakeland.

Food was just ok. Hashbrowns not fully cooked waffle not fully cooked tea tasted old and moldy. Friend had to ask for his toast a couple times. Finally got our waffle after we had eaten all of our other food the cook was outside for about 20 mins while we were waiting for our food. When we first got there another customer was complaining about his waffle too and the cook heard him and starts screaming about how it’s so terrible that someone can’t get a good waffle, that he made, while the customer was still in there. The same guy that went outside for awhile. Also.while waiting for our food all the ladies were standing at the counter just running their mouth instead of getting our order together and like I said we had to keep asking for stuff
