The ribs were not good at all. They taste like they were boiled. Then put in oven to brown, and was very fatty. Couldn’t eat them. The cashier was very friendly and the place was really clean. I might go back, but I would not order ribs. I only gave it one star because I went there for the ribs so that’s how I rated it for the ribs. That was my first time there so I do not know how the other food taste.

I did an inapp order for curbside pickup. In my order was a 10 piece boneless wings with honey bbq and Mac & cheese. The wings were inedible. They were hard as rocks and almost broke my tooth when I bit into it. Luckily it didn’t or you would be paying my dental bill. I don’t come to this location much and it’s the only one besides the original that I go to when I come to visit family. It was like they had been in a cold refrigerator for days and then warmed over and tossed in sauce. Some weren’t even big enough pieces of chicken more like a huge chunk of hard breading. It’s a shame that no one takes pride anymore in anything but you expect us to pay increased prices which everything in this world has gone up and so has the lack of providing edible food to those who patronize your business. I’ll never come back and I know my little business that I provide to you won’t hurt your bottom line but word of mouth sure does!

This was a pretty good Shane’s experience. The parking is way in the back and on a rainy day it’s difficult to walk such a long distance through their alleyway like sidewalk. Their soda machine was out but they had 2 liters out. Their bathrooms had no paper towels. The bbq chicken and pork were dry and barely had any sauce but the fries were delicious, service was good and pretty fast.

I stopped in to Shanes to get my BBQ fix when I was passing through the area. Ordered a platter that included several meats and 2 sides. The platter size was decent, there was a lot of food for the money. Everything was cooked well, great tasting ribs with just enough tug and chew, pulled pork was tasty, going to have to try that in a sandwich next visit. I had mac & cheese and fried okra for my 2 sides, both were very good, hot and cheesy mac & cheese, and the fried okra was perfectly breaded and fried, all in all, a very satisfying meal!
