I walked in at 9pm. He couldnt give me a frozen coffee cuz h cleaned tge machine. I asked him what time the store closed he said 10. Also they were throwing all the donuts in the trash as we spoke. I said what a waste …so you cant make my drink because u cleaned the machine already when u close at 10!

I am working a 16hrs shifts, paid for large coffee cold brew, they gave me a medium so I politely told the lady I paid for a large. She took it back poured it into a large cup, added ice and water to it. I was at the counter so I saw it. But I took it anyway because I was not going to argue with this lady. It’s not even a safe area around here.

The “new manager “ as she calls her self is very confrontational. I asked the girl at the window if I have to come inside and buy gift cards and she said no she can do them at the window. I guess the “new manager “ didn’t like that . She stormed over to the window and said and I quote “hi I’m the new manager and you can’t buy gift cards at the window.” I told her to tell that to the girl and I quote again “I’m telling you.” Months went by and I went inside this morning and again the “new manager “ was there doing what she does best. The girl at the register took my order for a bagel , hot chocolate and 2 donuts I waited my hot chocolate came out I waited and watched them make sandwiches for 4 customers I asked for my donut and the girl forgot what kind of donut I had ordered because it’s been so long. I looked over and the guy making the sandwiches was standing, arms folded doing absolutely nothing. I asked about my bagel and again I had to tell him what I ordered at this point he started to make my bagel but wait here comes the “ new manager “ asking me to be patient. Instead of apologizing because you and I mean you as a team forgot my bagel. She kept going on about how they’re busy. I requested my money back and will never go back I there until they get a “new new manager “ because this one needs some training on conflict resolution.
