They have continued to cancel my orders, not show up, or bring the wrong foods. This location is horrible and after giving multiple chances, I’m done. If you don’t have drivers or whatever the excuse is, do not say you have delivery. This location is not reliable and never on time, if they end up bringing you the food. I would definitely recommend ordering from a different pizza place if you want to feed you or your family.

Waited on the phone (“first in line,” it says) for 12 minutes, at which point they canceled my order and then still never picked up. I had just wanted to make sure I could tip my driver, since I’d messed up and not got it put in online.

Wanted to pick up at a location near me. It was literally like 2 minutes away from me. Watching their Dominos pizza tracker, i found it sus that my online order was done within 10 minutes. If i can give it 0 stars, i would. Employees were on their phone when I walked in. Employees had no gloves, causing cross contamination. Dude said they’re still waiting on it for it to be ready. Waited an additional 10 minutes or so. Employees still on the phone. They forgot to bake my additional topping of jalapeño & just sprinkled it on there. Wings weren’t cooked all the way. They poured sauce on top, didn’t look toss at all. Pizza wasn’t sliced all the way. Had to cut it myself. The one good thing about this experience was that this time, my pizza was cooked all the way. No doughy texture. Ethan man, do better. If the pizza ain’t ready, don’t put it as ready in the app.

This is the first time I’ve had such a bad experience with a restaurant that I felt the urge to take to the internet. I’m a Grandmother that runs a house of 6, I’m tired, and unfortunately I have to depend on pizza delivery more than I care to, and I depend on them to bring me what I order and what I pay for. I’ve been a regular at this Dominoes since 2017, this evening I placed an order for delivery, and 2 of the items I ordered were missing. I called the store and spoke to the manager, who made a lot of excuses, but ultimately offered to refund my money for the missing items. I told him several times that I wasn’t interested in a refund, I have kids to feed, I just wanted them to deliver the rest of my order. He refused!! Told me that the delivery driver had already left my residence (why that matters I have no idea) and they would not come back, unless I placed a new order for delivery. I’m sorry, I refuse to pay an additional delivery fee for their mistake. I live 3 miles away, 3 miles! This isn’t the first time I’ve ordered from this particular Dominoes and had 1 or 2 missing items, but the managers have always offered to send a driver back out and they usually add something on to make up for their mistake. When I informed this manager of my past experiences his reaction was complete shock! He said “not from this store!” “not while I was manager!” So in essence, his standard operating procedure is to refuse a sale for this store if it happens to be an inconvenience to him. Again, my request was not unreasonable, I just wanted the food I ordered for my kids, not a refund,(most people demand both). I have never been so disrespected by someone in the customer service industry like I was by this person. Maybe if the sale affected his bottom line he would be more inclined to provide better customer service.

We ordered delivery online, everything went through fine and my card was charged $45. After being an hour late, I tried calling the store the find out what was going on, but hung up after about 15 minutes of hold music. Tried calling a few more times over the next couple of days, since they were still listed as being open and everything I found on Domino’s support site said that I had to call the store directly for any order issues.

This location is sooo poorly managed. Apparently they can’t even afford to keep the lights on. I work in the same strip mall and order from this location a couple times a month. Over the past couple of years I’ve seen a slow decline in customer service and facility management. Today I ordered online, went in to pickup my sandwich and all of the lights and tvs were off. The soda fridge was finally fixed, but now the card machine is broken. As always, the employees are in the back of the building hanging out when I arrived. The sandwich was getting cold on the end of the oven. Then It was boxed in the wrong box and they didn’t have any ranch dip. When I go to eat my sandwich, it is burned and has half the amount of ingredients that it normally has with just one burnt piece of cheese. I tried to report it via the app, but the employees took forever to complete the process in their computer, so I couldn’t review the food quality.
