The question really is why do I keep going back to dunkin donuts? It doesn’t matter what location it is, the drinks are never consistent. If you want a regular coffee they’re fine, but when you pay $5 for an espresso drink you expect it to be exactly what you wanted. More than 75% of the time my drink is too milky. I really should just stop going. I bet people will say I sound difficult, but I’d like some god damn espresso in my iced latte enough where I can taste the coffee and not just the caramel swirl I want a lattee not a god damn milk shake. Now I must say I went there yesterday for the first time in about two months cause dunkin sucks so bad, but yesterday was different the latte was perfect. July 29th around noon the service was perfect. But today July 30th and MANY OTHER TIMES the drinks suck. I’m paying the extra two bucks and going to Starbucks from now on. Peace and dunkin I pray one day you go under.

Staff is careless and rude, which makes the products inconsistent. None of this stuff is cheap and could at least be made properly. There are little instructions for every drink, so I’m confused about how these things are constantly messed up. There’s zero accountability about the errors. Do yourself a favor and try the one in Whitesboro instead.

Not great service at all I’ve gone 3 different times and had been treated like I wasn’t a customer. I guess alot of Africa Americans don’t utilize this DD in Marcy on Rt 49??. I was served but looked at like I was out of place…I won’t return. I guess that was there mission? .

I wish I can give a higher rating because the customer service was fast and pleasant. They were EXTREMELY nice and the worker even gave me a compliment at 7:13 on a bad morning. But unfortunately they gave me a bacon croissant instead of sausage and normally that doesn’t bother me but I don’t like bacon. My tea refresher is good but I got my bf a “med iced caramel coffee” and it came with no cream or sugar, it was black with 3 pumps of caramel. I do not drink coffee so I left without knowing and he said he has never received a coffee like that. The other location on Genesse is better and ask “would you like cream and sugar?”

Went in with a friend due to having multiple orders. My sausage egg and cheese wake up wraps were very poorly put together. My friends order was completely effed up, had to be remade. The topper was the fact that our doughnut order was messed up in the fact that we received the wrong doughnuts.

I go to this Dunkin every morning before work. I drive by other ones to go to this specific Dunkin because the staff are so truly amazing. My orders are always perfect and they are so incredibly friendly at 5:30am.

The staff is very courgeous but I spent $8 on 2 LG pumpkin lattes hot with Almond milk. My girls are Vegan. When I got home 15 mins away they could not drink them. They put whip cream on the drinks without asking. Had to throw them in the garbage. Anyone with milk allergies it would have made them sick.

How is it possible that I order the same drink everyday for 3 years and about 45% of the time I have to return it due to it being made wrong? This location is a joke. Employees are yelling at the Manager behind the counter, in front of customers, and the manager looks like a hot mess.
