They don’t got nothing closing down twenty minutes before the close time, shut down kitchen..they wild I went to another Dunkin donuts out VA that closed at 10p came there around 9:20, asked them for extra bacon they had all the works they gave us so much extra bacon I thought they put a whole Costco bag of bacon on our sandwiches. And gave us more coffee than the size I asked for..we going back to them. It is what it is.

My experience this morning was horrible. The lady running the register was nasty and showed no customer service. I called my order in prior to arrival and still had to order when I got there. The guy making the sandwiches burnt my crescent, and added way too much bacon. I order every morning and the other young lady (Spanish) is always friendly and have my order ready and right when I arrive. The manager or owners need to provide more customer service training to their employees. I paid way to much money for a sandwich and juice to be disappointed. “Ridiculous “! Go at your own risk ⚠️ I will only go on the days the other young lady is there. I will get names if there’s a next time.

I’m never disappointed when I come to this Dunkin Donuts store. The customer service is usually very friendly, in my opinion. My orders are always also on point (Bacon , Egg & cheese croissant w/ extra bacon & American cheese ; Iced Coffee☕️ with my cream and extra shots of Caramel flavor . I wish the Butter Pecan flavor shot was back on the menu, along with the SWEETENED Hazelnut flavor shot but it’s all good); I also love my occasional hot chocolate, too.
