Went in to order takeout ~ got home and order was wrong. I called the store and they offered three different choices to make it right. I chose delivery ~ they delivered a Néw sandwich and added a cookie. The nice man who came out was genuinely apologetic and very kind. Above and beyond service you don’t see anymore. Appreciate you guys!

Delivery took over an hour, so when the food eventually came it was well past my lunch break and had to be frozen for dinner. Just use Uber for literally any other restaurant. They aren’t worth trying anymore.

Staff’s enthusiasm and customer service vary greatly depending on location! The Sunday lunch crew at the Hartsel location absolutely killed it today in my opinion.

I just want to say a huge thank you to the employee/ manager/ owner at this Jimmy John’s location who, after I explained I was in the area visiting my mother in the hospital, was so surprisingly caring. I didn’t expect anyone to actually give a toss about the answer to “how’s your day” (or whatever the standard greeting was), but he was so nice, going out of his way to show compassion to a total stranger. Jimmy John’s has the best sandwiches going, of course, but the people at this particular location are the tops!

I’ve been avoiding Jimmy Johns since their stupid mask policy back when. I tried today, but they couldn’t take a 50 dollar bill. What? Three big sandwiches are close to $50, so why can’t you accept US money to pay for sandwiches? Is it because the employees can’t be trained to recognize money? Taco Star next door had no problem taking a 50.

I just had the WORST JJ’s sandwich that I have EVER had ordered from this location. It was awful. I ordered a #13 w/ hot peppers. I literally had 2 pieces of ham, I piece of bacon and a piece of cheese. No sauce, no hot peppers. Absolutely horrible.

$35 for two lunch combos delivered. Way too expensive for what you get when it’s just a sub, chips and a 16oz soda. Probably will not return. You can get 2 steak dinners for that at Longhorn. Also, took almost an hour to receive the food and I live 5 minutes away. What happened to freaky fast? More like unusually slow now.

$5 for the slim turkey sandwich? Only 2 slices and I have to put my own mayo on it. Too expensive; not satisfying. I need protein, not a bunch of carbs. Money must be going to the four employees on duty… Only one needed.

The best sandwich I’ve had in years! The Pepe with Jimmy John’s mustard. Oh my gosh! Craving maker. Very satisfying, fresh veggies, perfect amount of ham and provolone cheese. Soft roll. The service was as they say, fast, efficient and accurate. As Arnold said “I’ll be back!”
