Stopped into the Waffle House for a quick and delicious meal. The restaurant itself was very clean and well managed. We were greeted in the most friendly way and I really appreciated the service we received. All in all it was a great experience, I had the All Star Special, over easy , Grits and Bacon. Was craving for waffles and came here. I didn’t like the greasy feel of the restaurant but they cook in here all day so. The attendant was nice. The food was okay. I didn’t like the waffles because they were soggy when i got them. I like waffles little crispy so next time i go ill remember to order that way.

My husband and I stopped here on our way home from Charlotte, around 1:30pm, and the customer service was amazing! Our waitress YuVonne, whom had been at work since 9pm the previous night, was awesome! As tired as she must have been, she treated us just like we were the first customers of her shift. Terrible attention I have gone twice and there is always a man, I do not know if he is the manager or a waiter and he tells us that we have to wait an hour and that he no longer attends, they do not attend in a cordial manner unlike the other establishments commercials that are in other areas that attend to you for more people than there in the place and it is an excellent service. I suggest that the administrator in charge of this establishment pay more attention to the people he hires because it has happened not only to me but to many more people who have visited the place and unfortunately because of one or two people the prestige of the restaurant is being lost . OMG I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS WAFFLE HOUSE I’M SO MAD I DIDNT GET THE MAN ON THE GRILLS NAME AND THE YOUNG LADY BUT THEY WERE SO AMAZING!!!! HE MADE ME THE BEST GRILLED CHICKEN MELT ON TOAST DELUXE WITH HALF BACON IN THE WORLD LOL THATS HOW THE WAITRESS CALLED IT LOL IM FROM NY and decided to stop thank God I did … Thank you so much….
