Often times I come, there is ALWAYS a 13 minute wait on hot wings. Most times they tell you when ordering at the menu. So after already waiting 10 plus minutes to get to the menu to order, I get to the window after another 15 plus minutes just for them to say it will be 13 minutes on wings. I said so you didn’t think to cook them when I ordered them over 15 minutes ago at the menu? He replies, “that’s so they can be fresh.” SMH That’s just poor management with trash service. This place is about to be in the same trash boat as Popeyes.

I’ll say this, you can’t count this KFC as fast food. It took FAR too long in the lobby waiting on food to eat there. I waited close to 15 minutes just to get the food after the order was placed. I should’ve done the drive-thru. Although, the food was very good and the lady at the register was very sweet. They just need to evaluate the process and pick up speed to better serve those inside the restaurant. Inside Customer’s Matter too!!
