The food was not very memorable. Queso fundido was bland. My burrito had steak and it was extremely over cooked. And the salsa was just mediocre. I will say the service was amazing, and the dessert we got was very good. I would return to give it another shot.

Visited on a Saturday afternoon. Place was busy but not packed. Menu is extensive and prices are reasonable. Server brought chips/salsa quickly and took the drink order. After ordering and receiving our meals, there was not sign of him until I had to flag him down long after we had finished our meals. Food was very good and we will try this place again if nearby. Strike One.

From tacos to enchiladas, this is the place to go. I just had some steak street tacos and they were awesome! Always ask for the homemade hot sauce, it is the best with these tacos and you will like to take it home for sure. Also try the margaritas and the piña colada, they go pretty well with whatever to eat there.

Rancho Corona is another nice find! The restaurant was busy for a Tuesday evening but we did not wait long. We enjoyed the mexican vibe and decor. The margarita was delicious and a bonus that you could order an upgraded size. Our food was very fresh! Served on the biggest plates we’ve encountered at a mexican restaurant. It was so delicious and so very reasonably priced! Tacos..enchiladas and Chile rellano were full of flavor. The guac was great and a generous portion. Our waiter was very attentive. I mentioned we were celebrating our kiddos’ birthday, and at the end of our meal, he arrived with sweet fried ice cream and an amazing Sombrero to wear! He loves his hat so much.. Thank you for helping make his birthday special and creating lasting memories. We will be back next time we’re in the area.

Our family enjoys Rancho. The food selection is extensive, and we have always had a present meal. The prices are reasonable and the staff is very family friendly. The service is usually really good. We have had a few experiences with less than attentive service, but that is not the norm. My only wish is a specials list where we could get a more revolving traditional selection, including menudo.

This is a takeout review. All food is eaten fresh in the vehicle. I ordered two types of street tacos. The Al Pastor and the Colorado Beef. Both were excellent but I favored the Al Pastor. They were both worth going back for. On a scale from 0-10 I would rate this 8.4.

Stopped in yesterday for Cinco de Mayo, there was a wait to be seated as expected but it was well worth it. We ordered two margaritas from the bar while we waited – a blue marg and a toro marg and both were great, with generous pours. Once we were seated we got a couple of rounds of warm chips with salsa and the Taquitos Rancheros – these were incredible, came out piping hot and the chicken was tender and juicy. I got the Fajitas Texanas for an entree which came with chicken, steak, and shrimp. I swapped out refried beans for extra rice without an issue. Portions were huge, you’ll definitely have leftovers!! Would go back next time I’m in the area.
