Really fast at preparing your order. Food options lots. Location good. Taste better. Carnitas tacos made me want two more carnitas tacos. The burritos look gigantic. Like don’t think you’re going to eat that thing while you drive. I can eat a taco one handed. But the burrito? Negative Lefty, yer gonna want to two hand that sunofagun. Like it deserves. I’m going back to get a gigantic burrito (again), and one of everything else. Oh my goodness I almost forgot to mention the queso… don’t get me started.. yumiliciosious.

I dont know why my husband insists on going to other locations. The location on 86th in Johnston ALWAYS & FOREVER! They deliver 100% everytime. I have NEVER had an issue food is always hot, made correctly and covered with a tortilla (its kind of a requirement for a burrito that some other places have struggled with). I was early to pick up my mobile order but they got it from its place in line & got it finished while moving an in house order line that wrapped 2 walls with people. No 1 person stands out as being “in charge” and there was communication between all the stations. Every bit the well oiled machine that EVERY manager or owner shoots for in their company. You guys are AWESOME!

It’s kind of like a Chipotle setting. There was a little bit of a communication barrier, but otherwise, it was a quick stop for a quick bite. It was one of the places that was opened later (closes at 10 pm).

The energy here is great. Staff is super friendly. Food is always delicious and fast. Confused why the dining room closes before the store closes, doesn’t seem like the usually policy, and is more difficult to enforce.

This is by far the best Pancheros in the area! The food is always well prepared, juicy meat, tender tortillas, creamy queso, and great portions. You can tell the people really care. We go out of our way to eat at this location.

I don’t usually leave reviews for fast casual restaurants but this location deserves it! It’s clean and well staffed, they are always busy but the line moves fast. The ingredients are always fresh and don’t look like they’ve been sitting in the pan all day. As a vegetarian, Pancheros is the best burrito!

This is the best Pancheros out there by far. The people who run the store have been there nearly 20 years and know what they’re doing. People in other towns don’t understand my love for Pancheros, but here the seasoning is always perfect and the salsa is always fresh and tastes great.
