This is the second pizza in two months that I have ordered for pick-up and the order was wrong. Even the receipt says white sauce. Also it clearly looks like the pizza was hurried and most of the ingredients were thrown to one side. Management clearly needs to look at their To-go order process. I would strongly recommend you only dine in at this location to make sure your order is correct.

Yesterday, I went to blaze pizza and ordered 3 pizzas with my family. One of my pizzas came out burnt as you can see from the picture, and the employees would not make it right. Then had the gall to ask me for a tip afterwards. I also tried to order tap water for my family and was informed that they didn’t offer tap water to their customers. This is not illegal, but it is fairly unheard of for most restaurants in the area. Hate to see what’s happening to this place. I used to come here every few weeks, but service has been slipping over the last year to the point that I don’t think I’ll be back any time soon.

Although I wasn’t originally a fan of Blaze when I first tried them out, they have definitely grown on me. Think Chipotle but for pizza. You can custom-build your pizzas with unlimited toppings for 1 price. They have a gluten-free crust option available. I love that I can get goat cheese instead of mozzarella. They have a rewards program where you can earn points with every purchase. They frequently send out different offers throughout the year. My favorite offer is the $3.14 pizzas offered in Pi Day. You just have to be willing to wait in line.

I am highly disappointed in my experience tonight, because I drove far to get food from here. The first two times my food was good now they’re just throwing it together and they hire anybody, messing up people food! The workers are very rude and unfriendly, and my pizza and cheese bread was cold and burnt, along with tasting like it had been made hours ago! I will not be ordering from here ever again.
