We have been loyal Newk’s patrons for several years dating back to when we lived in Atlanta, GA. Unfortunately, the food quality and service hasn’t been up to standard recently at the Champion’s Circle location in Fort Worth, TX. I can’t recall the last time our To-go order was correctly made and our pizzas tonight were not cooked properly. We have no plans to continue patronizing this location until things dramatically improve.

I had lunch here and the food was good. The staff was friendly but the ordering style was off-putting. With no employees at the register I wasn’t sure if I should sit myself or not. Slightly overpriced for a club sandwich but the honey mustard was a unique twist. I would return to try some other items.

Food is pretty good. It’s got a good variety of sandwiches, soups, salads and pizza. They also have a variety of dietary restrictions they can meet. The prices are moderate and the service on two occasions has been pretty underwhelming. I also sat at a table that had a broken foot that should be taken off of the floor. Would I come again yes, would I come for the hospitality or service no. To go might be the best option.

Best pizza ever. I got a portobello veggie pizza with cauliflower crust and added tomatoes and feta. The crust was crispy and similar to a cracker crust, and the toppings tasted fresh. The staff was friendly and the pizza came out quickly.

I used to eat here 2-3 times a week as I work right across the street. The last two times I ordered through their App, I showed up after it was supposed to be ready and watched people walk in after me, place their order at the register and get their order before mine was ready. The food is good but the service is poor and their online order coordination is bad. There are so many other options in the area that I don’t eat here anymore due to the poor service. Such a shame that they offer good food and good variety but can’t pull off the service part of the sale.
