Tried both thin crust and New York style on various occasions. First few times, opted for delivery and the pizzas were always hot and fresh. Last delivery, the driver forgot our beverage but he opted to get one nearby at Holiday but I declined and picked it up this evening with a New York style. Plenty of cheese, pepperoni, and sausage.

Ordered two large NY style pizzas for delivery as I had guests. Order system was fine, delivery was quicker than promised, pizza was worst I’ve had in years. One of the two had NO sauce! Not just light, zero. The other had such a small amount that it was dry. I just moved in and really wanted a go-to pizza place nearby, but this was a real let-down. Called them the next day and they sincerely explained they had been super busy, with new staff, and offered a free pizza. I’m sure the staff are very nice people. But this can’t help my disappointed guests. My suggestion – please just tell customers you are too busy and they should try another restaurant. Or, say it will take 2 hours and prepare it right.

Went in for lunch. Got the combo special (2 slice sausage/pepperoni and a can of soda). I also ordered a half order of garlic cheese bread. So I sat and ate my pizza while I waited for the cheese bread. I dont know how to emphasize this enough. I have been searching for this style of cheese bread since pizza and pasta went out of business 20 years ago. I’m so excited! I absolutely love it! Great job guys!

Worst service I’ve ever experienced. I placed an order at 5:50pm. At 8pm I called to see why we never received our pizza. They said they made a mistake in the computer and the order was never made. When we asked for a discount, they said no. They would only give us a free order of breadsticks, no discount. This came directly from the manager. We will never order Gina Maria’s again.

I got a coupon for a free pizza because I had moved to Chanhassen. I ordered a Canadian Bacon with pineapple. I had never eaten one before. I ordered in person and picked it up. It was awesome! Thanks so much!

I ordered delivery but they didn’t have drivers available so had to pick up. As I walked in, 2 young girls looked at each other and said “nose goes, not it” and neither got up and had someone else assist me. Food is unbeatable, but that greeting was shocking!.

Worst customer service ever! I was the only customer in the store and 3 people were working. No one greeted me and when I yelled into the back that I wanted a slice of pizza, no one acknowledged my request, so I walked out and don’t plan on returning. Life is too short to get ignored by a pizza joint!

Tried pizza again from here tonight hoping the quality would have improved, but was disappointed. Pizza was only luke warm, not enough sauce, the Buffalo chicken pizza not very good, the chicken wings over cooked and not saucy at all. Will cross this pizza place off our list. Sorry Gina Maria’s- we gave you a number of tries.
