We have been coming in for awhile to get Boba smoothies but I just recently discovered their Vietnamese Iced Coffee!!! SARATOGA SPRINGS, stop going to Starbucks, Beans & Brew, and Dutch Bros. This stuff is liquid crack! Flavorful doesn’t even begin to describe it! It’s rich, smooth, sweet, and strong. I wish I could drink a gallon a day just for the flavor.

Maria doesn’t like this kinda of food. Shes gorgeous and sometimes I make her eat that kind of food. I however love this food. So she will go with me and its the best pho in the valley and I have the photos to prove it. Just looking at the photo makes me wish they were open right now so i could get a delicious and tasty bowl of pho prepared to perfection.

It’s a nice cozy little place that has good food and great service from the cashier that was helping do everything from cleaning tables between orders etc. He made solid recommendations and what I believe to of been the owner took the time to come around to the table and ask us how the food was. The “Taro” Boba drink was good also. Never heard of the flavor before so I wanted to try something different. Was pleasantly surprised.

So delicious! We went for the first time today, just an hour ago or so. I love how light and fresh it was! Very polite staff and it wasn’t busy when we went so we got our food with minimal wait time. Prices are fair, tables were clean and I’m a big fan of the fact that they didn’t have TVs or music blaring. I could actually hear the conversation I was having with my boyfriend. I would definitely recommend this place!

I love the pho here. It is probably my favorite in the entire state of Utah. The owners are very attentive to their patrons and you can tell they take a lot of pride in what they do. I would highly recommend Viet Deli for anyone that enjoys this type of cuisine.

This is my favorite restaurant in Saratoga Springs! The food is stellar and the service is the best. I love the Honey Glazed Pork Vermicelli, and their bahn mi sandwiches are amazing as well. My fave is their bursting boba smoothie. They recently updated their decor and menu, and everything is still just as amazing as before

Top tier Pho. The brother was excellent and if you order out they give everything to you separate so you don’t have soggy noodles. Great ingredients. Great taste. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who likes pho. It is an undiscovered gem that deserves more notoriety.
