Sit down restaurant with tablets at the tables to order on. The Pita and hummus were excellent. The dolmas were perfect. The Greek salad is very good with a superb Greek dressing. My partner said the chicken would have been better if it was grilled as it seemed baked or boiled. Spanakopita was perfectly baked and flaky but the lemon flavor was overpowering and masked what seemed to be fresh spinach.

Tried out Los Alamos Cantina ( new addition to Pyramid) with my friends for the first time today and we were impressed with the interior and really amused by the cat droids/robots that brought us our food. =^•.•^=

Falafel was wet and soggy. Worst Ive ever had. Not cooked but somehow black on the outside. Tiny lil falafel sandwich for $10. No napkins in bag. Figured I’d give this place one more chance since they moved but no thanks. Falafel is supposed to be crispy. And cheap. Notice how the fork is bigger than the sandwich

Be aware – the food got unrecognizably bad – at their new location. It was my bd – we ordered two kabob plates, both kinds of gyros and chicken with rice. Well, I tried to figure out what was in my kabob – chicken or beef – it would be better described as over processed hotdog cubes that resembled spam meat that was grilled at some point but got reheated in oven or microwave later with some wilted vegetables. I never had kabob that had some kind of unrecognizable ground meat in it, when you expect solid chunks?. The gyro lamb wasn’t better either, and all three gyro dishes came with some old shriveled green skinned potato fries (yes, the ones you supposed to not eat). They tasted very bitter and all three sets were not edible. Third, the chicken rice dish – our chicken came shredded, loaded with lemon juice taste to cover up chicken being old. And the rice – it wasn’t good either. It definitely looked good and yellow, but had no flavor and looked like they used the most cheap basic rice you can find – no traces or jasmine or basmati. The only thing we could eat without discomfort was some store bought pita bread and yogurt dip that unfortunately did not fill up our hungry belly’s. And to add more pain to experience, their seating was crowded with just a foot between the table and chairs, bearly any passing room around us, we had to get up to allow wheelchair person to pass by. The server just brought us food and disappeared, serving entire restaurant with us trying to get any attention. He also spilled beer on the adjacent table on family with a baby in the stroller when serving. The suffered family decided to move to different table, instead of leaving. Think twice and save your money – any drive thru food is better than this in this town. I would at this point drive an hour someplace else than be resorted to this. Definitely wasn’t the best place to make your birthday special.

Great atmosphere. The place is modern and fun. The food is great. The staff are excellent. The robot delivering food to tables is entertaining.

Great food and incredible service! We tried the lamb stew and chicken soup with our kebab meals. I had one chicken and one gyro – both were fantastic! It was very apparent they were short on staff but the only waiter was hauling and making sure everyone was served and got refills on drinks when needed! He was incredibly friendly and acted very calm despite the situation he was in. I should mention they may have been short staffed since their credit card machine was down on our visit so they were only taking people who could pay with cash. We will definitely be back for pick up or sit down once we move to the area!

Table was dirty, we would have picked a different table but all the tables were dirty. Our plates came out almost instantly but when we asked the server for silverware, beverages, and for them to clean the table we were not heard as the server had headphones in. My partner had to go wait in line to ask for service. We never ended up getting water. If you are looking for a restaurant experience just be aware that this is a bare-bones fast food experience and the service isn’t at a minimum standard. It was super obvious that service and cleanliness were not priorities at this place.

It used to be so good, but it’s not the same. The atmosphere is odd, like they tried to keep their Mediterranean theme but modernize it, it just doesn’t work – and everything is style over substance, the booths are nice looking, but very uncomfortable. My 6 foot husband had trouble with the table height & distance from the seats, much less myself & two kids. They had no booster seats to offer my kids, only highchairs (my kids are too big for those). Ordering through the little machine was not convenient or easy, and the servers seemed very nice but often inattentive & didn’t know the menu well. They rely far too much on the automated system. I overheard several people struggling with the system. The food was pretty good, but not as good as I remember. I had a gyro sandwich, tasted great, but the fries it came with were stale & cold – I asked for fresh fries, and they brought me a piping hot basket of fries that were somehow even tougher than the cold ones. Very disappointed. My kids enjoyed their pizza & kabob, my husband liked his gyro salad just fine, but commented that it didn’t quite hit the authentic feel that it had before. The baba ghanoush was much oiler & had less flavor than we were used to. Over-all, for the price we paid, we were pretty dissatisfied. I suppose we would still go back if we needed something out of the ordinary, as Mediterranean & Greek food is some of my favorite & sometimes you just need something different – but I wish it was up to the standards that it used to be before it moved locations.

It’s better than it used to be. Seriously, the food is really good and reasonably priced. They have done a great job with the new location. I think they are working out some service issues. Just like every other restaurant in town.
