Drove by this MJ’s and decided to give it a try. Dog friendly outdoor seating, folks!! The outside seating area was covered with a sunshade and had plenty of seating. Even a smoking side, which I found to be awesome. The staff were super friendly and attentive. Portion to price was good. Our party had 3 burgers and a pork belly sandwich. Each came with fries. The fries were HEAVILY salted, but cooked well. The burgers were tasty but were more meatballs. A good hunk of ground beef but, so round it made eating them a little difficult for some members of our party. Will definitely go back and try some other menu items. Oh, and the fried pickle spears were money! Give them a try.

So we discovered a gem. One of the best dining experiences we have had in a while. Gotta love happy hour! 8-10pm half price appetizers including wings and drink specials. Our waitress was fabulous, the drinks were good and the food was pretty quick. Adorable outside patio and welcoming atmosphere great for date night or get togethers.

The service was great. Everyone was super nice. Food was good and came out quickly. My only critique would be the fries could use some seasoning. They were cooked perfectly, but plain. Overall it was great and we’ll be back to try the brunch!

Waitress was great, they really cleaned up the place and looks nice. Drinks are good. Food was kind of bland or very over-seasoned. Great deal for happy hour….1/2 off appetizers and draft beers.

Our first experience with family dining at MJ’s was fabulous. Kendall was awesome waitress. Very attentive and courteous. We had the Fried Pickles and Poutine as appetizers. Talk about on point crunch and seasoned batter those pickles were the best. I’m not no ranch person but I tried the Sriracha ranch and I’m in love. I was even dipping my Poutine fries in it. The Poutine in steak fries with brown gravy with cheddar cheese on it. Mouthwatering good. Christian had the Beef Tips. Love them. I had the pork chop that was very flavorful and tender the mashed potatoes was good. Just like nana’s. Dennis had the taco’s. Loved them. Liked the sriracha ranch as well. He could’ve had 10 more lol… growing son. For dessert we had the Cookie and Brownie Skillet. Talk about heavenly sweetness. A warm brownie and cookie with vanilla ice cream melting on top and chocolate syrup drizzled over with a dash of powdered sugar in a mini cast iron skillet. Glad something new is in Bedford to stay and strive. Great job everyone. Kudos to the kitchen tonight.

Really was looking forward to trying this place out, went with my boyfriend and our daughter. Spent 15 min seated and never were even greeted by a server. Overheard the servers talking with the hostess (who was trying to resolve the situation) and multiple servers said “I don’t want to” “I can’t” in regards to serving us. They were not busy. We just said forget it and packed our things and left. Felt very discriminatory. We are in an interracial relationship and especially having our daughter with us elevated the sensitivity of their obvious lack of effort. Super unprofessional. Disappointing.
