This Dunkin used to be pretty good, but staffing has become a huge issue. Even when there are enough people working to have the lobby open, it is extremely slow. Coffee orders have been wrong multiple times. Hot coffee is frequently room temperature.

Sometimes they get my order wrong but it’s okay everyone makes mistakes. With the new resfreshers on the menu I would definitely speak slowly and clearly to the staff if you wanted a sweet tea idk how they messed up the two but its happened to me several times. I ask for a Raspberry sweet tea and instead get the raspberry watermelon refresher which tastes like medicine … no thanks

I am rating this store a 3/5 stars due to the not so friendliness of the staff and the food. I ordered the biscuit bites and the hashbrowns. My biscuit bites were not fully cooked and still gooey. And the hashbrowns were cold as if they were sitting on the rack. They also didn’t put my hashbrowns in their own separate bag. They dumped all 5 of them directly into the bag on top of the dirty napkins and ketchup packets. I’ve worked in fast food and this is unacceptable. My coffee is always on point at this store, and that’s why they got that high of a rating.

Today we came to dunkn and two people called out short staffing this location. They rest of the awesome staff here did not skip a beat, did not show customers they were stressed and got orders out quickly. They even made it a point to give my pupper a little puppy whipped cup. Thanks for all you do guys day in abs day out in these times and still provide excellent service!!

I stopped in for coffee & doughnut ..big mistake. The customer service is hostile to everyone I witnessed trying to place order at counter. The place was not crowded but staff was in chaos. If I anted to be insulted over coffee I would stay home lol . If I owned this franchise I would hope someone would provide feedback on service and my advise to this owner is to hire people who like people and welcome ur customers. I can’t imagine the revenue this place is loosing after what I experienced. I definitely won’t be back to this location.

I’m sure the pictures say enough, however, I’ll share more. As usual in and DD drive thru in the morning, there was a long line, but that’s ok! I got the donut cinnamon fries just for fun and the sausage egg and cheese croissant. The cinnamon donut fries were PACKED with the cinnamon sugar and limp. I wish I had a picture but I threw them away before realizing how BURT the croissant was for the breakfast sandwich!! The part that INFURIATES me is that the food wasn’t ready at the window, I had to pull up to wait. I waited longer for this BURNT sandwich and limp donut fries! If I’m going to have to pull up-the food should NOT be BURNT or limp! It should also be hot. Absolutely horrible location to stop at.

This locations coffee used to be very good but as time has gone by it has gotten undrinkable. They are putting no effort into making any of the iced coffees the way you order them. They will consist of primarily creamer, and the food is not much better. I understand that low pay = high turnover but this is clearly lazyness and cost cutting.
