This location is horribly inconsistent, with most of my experiences being UNFAVORABLE. On this occasion, my order arrived late and cold. I ordered extra cheese but barely got any at all. I called and spoke to the manager who was very unprofessional. She sounded like a child and was laughing with employees in the background as I explained the issue. I’ll stick with Papa Johns from now on.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. NOT ONLY DID THE DELIVERY DRIVERS NOT DELIVER MY ORDER BUT BRITNEY PLACED ME ON HOLD FOR 8 MINUTES TO “GET INTO CONTACT WITH A DELIVERY DRIVER” AND NEVER GOT BACK ON THE LINE. I CALLED 7 MORE TIMES AND NO ANSWER BUT WHEN I GET TO THE STORE SHES ON THE PHONE WITH ANOTHER CUSTOMER. WHEN CONFRONTED ABOUT RECEIVING MY REFUND SHE HAD A TERRIBLE ATTITUDE AND TOLD ME THERE IS NO RECEIPT TO SHOW THAT MY RETURN WOULD BE PROCESSED.

They have messed up my order every other time I have ordered. Location never answers the phone. Love Dominos but hate this location. This is the reason why I basically order maybe once every other month from here. Pizza Hut, Papa johns and local pizza places are close by which is great….Today was the last straw and angered me enough to write a review. This time they under cooked my pan pizza. It was as thick as the thin crust i also ordered. It is an embarrassment. The dough was raw.

They delivered the wrong food! I tried calling to have them bring the correct item but they won’t answer the phone. I just sit on hold and listen to a repeat of the menu and how they are hiring. Horrible service.

Messed up my order by sending the wrong pizza, called the driver letting them know they sent the wrong pizza and says they’ll be back at the store in 10 minutes to get us our correct pizza. After about 40 minutes I have to drive to the store while being on hold with the store to ask about my order and ask for a refund. I get told no to a refund because just one pizza is incorrect. The driver lied and said that I had no issue with the incorrect pizza when I called. The manager Jennifer did not care that the driver messed up my order and did not want to take any accountability.

HOW ON GODS GREEN EARTH IS THIS LOCATION STILL OPEN? WHY IS IT STILL OPEN? WHY DO THESE PEOPLE WORK HERE? WHO HIRES THEM? I have to call corporate and let them know this is happening at this franchise. Terrible manager, staff, and drivers. ZERO customer service! These people have CLEARLY given up on life.. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME that I’ve placed an order for delivery (shows its been delivered) never received order and when I call NOBODY answers! UNBELIEVABLE! Delivery issues, they said it will take 30 and 45 minutes. ordered at 1:00pm Over an hour later and I called back to track the order, they did not answer the phone, the call system recognizes you have placed an order and keeps holding you on the line saying the “pizza is in the oven”. Called back from another number to be able to reach to someone and they could not contact the store either, neither track the order. Never again, I had to leave my house 2.15 hours later and Pizza still not received. Endless calls and no one resolved, they just transfer from person to person until it disconnects.
