I usually pick up pizzas here for my family after work , I have never had any issues until this recent visit. The pizzas had NO sauce. Just like eating cardboard with cheese sprinkled on top. They did not taste good. I was shocked because usually everything is okay from the menu. I mean its Papa Johns its not specialty pizza parlor quality but its decent for the value. I will not return until they get someone working there who has some pride in their work. And is completing pizzas / cooking the food correctly. So sad this was a quick dinner go to spot. Not any longer.

Usually this location is pretty good some issues here and there but nothing too bad that hasn’t been fixed but I have had a issue with my recent order (it’s been weeks now) and because it hasn’t been address or rectified I am giving them this review. I ordered cheese sticks and there was pretty much no cheese on them and when I tried to reach out to customer service online and I got no responses, twice. I ordered later in the night so didn’t call and I hate calling so I decided to just contact them online but no one has gotten back to me and this is the second place that has messed up my order and I am so tired of it.

The quality of the pizza has gone down dramatically. The speciality Hawaiian pizza I’ve ordered is worse than any pizza I’ve tried before. The pizza is cut unevenly and off center. The toppings are lacking for a $18+ pizza. I rarely leave reviews only when it is really bad that I have to make everyone aware. Stay away!

Maybe the nighttime manager should focus on his job instead of smoking outside or hanging out at the bar next door. I called through 3 times and was hung up on 3 times. Finally he answered the phone but didn’t make my order. I ended up arriving and watched him come in from out back with the door locked. He then didn’t know about the order I called about 10 minutes prior. What a joke, the pizza was ok but customer service sucked.

Manager at papa johns on Muirfield Dr refused to communicate through pencil, paper, or cell phone for a deaf person. He also proceeded to walk away from her. Don’t use this location if you are handicapped or hearing impaired. Discrimination is still existing. Shame on you papa john’s. You are a family oriented business and this is not the way to treat people. If anyone is wondering the managers name is Cj.

On my great search for some good pizza service in my new area I continue to fail. I wanted to try the new bites and I ordered the Oreo and Chicken Parm ones. It took an hour to be delivered and after tip it was $17 the food I got was cold and didn’t look amazing plus the Oreo ones where missing the icing cup. Sadly a complete mess and felt like a waste. I called and talked to Chris the manager about and told him I didn’t want anything he apologized, but if you order from here this could be your experience also. I may try one more time in the future. I ordered online for delivery. After two hours and many unanswered calls I decided to pick up the pizza myself. When I arrived to the store, many orders were seating there for awhile. This store is taking orders but not delivering them and customers have no idea about it. They gave me my money back, but that’s not a good compliment for me. This store doesn’t answer the phone at all and by doing that they are ignoring the costumers. I had to eat very cold pizza. I don’t look for free pizza I prefer to pay for pizza and get it hot and I understand if a store tells me that it will take another hour as long as they are not ignoring me like this store does (not answering the phone). If you don’t want a bad experience don’t order from this place. Terrible management!

I ordered the “Epic” pepperoni stuffed crust pizza. It was anything but epic. By the time it was delivered it was barely warm. It was supposed to have a seasoned crust on it. The crust had nothing and was dry. As was the rest of the pizza. Barely any sauce or cheese. Way overpaid. By the time you pay the delivery fee and delivery it’s an extra $10 and definitely not worth it. Probably won’t be back.
