Ran out of cold brew 3/4 the way thru my drink. and instead of just telling me, they then tried to fill thr remaining room in my cup up with water while telling me “that’s what starbucks does”. No ma’am it is not. I’ve had tons of cold brews and never did anyone walk over to a sink to put water in it….

The lady behind the counter claims the tea I get everyday (emperor’s cloud) from every other location is not carried by Starbucks. The same lady behind the counter just makes excuses. Went to the location in the parking lot….boom got my tea.

Starbucks has pretty much figured out consistent quality from store to store, what separates each store is the service. As an owner of a service business myself I sat for about 30 mins just observing each employee and the level of attention to each customers needs was uniquely above par. The verbal and non-verbal communication was some of the best I have ever seen. Well done.

This is the second time I have come to this Starbucks and just have received the worst service, I even tried to say my order slow but the drive thru girls don’t listen and when you walk inside they seek like they can’t be bothered. Is this the way Starbucks likes to do business?
