I waited at the drive-thru for about 10 mins. A guy kept peeping from the inside but didn’t come to the window. I blow the horn numerous times and still no service. After I left, I called to see if the drive-thru service was available, and the lady said yes. They didn’t know ppl were waiting This location needs to close down!

Edited to add: went there a couple nights ago and paid $2 extra for extra sauce and got pretty much none. I do this for my fiance’s lunch the sauce makes it not so dry when reheated. $10 cheese pizza that was all bread and cheese check your order before you leave. Pic below for proof.

I went through the drive thru, because you could not go in the front door. It was locked with no Explanation written for customers. I ordered a cheesy bread, and it took at least 15 minutes to pay, and get my change. We I arrived home, and tasted the bread, I could hardly chew it. Had to be old!!! The drive through window was nasty!!! I will never purchase from this place again!!!

I would give zero stars if they had a spot for that. I ordered 3 pizzas. 2 pretzel with cheese sauce and a regular pepperoni. One pretzel pizza had red sauce on it, I’m allergic to anything with tomatoes (could of had a bad reaction), the other was correct but the regular pepperoni pizza had almost no sauce on it. Mind you I live over 20 minutes away. We went back and Robin the manager, would only compensate us bread sticks and kept the other pizzas. She said they donate them. My hands were all over the pizzas and a piece was missing. She is a lier. She was very rude and I would rather drive all the way to sanford than order from them again. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I ordered online ahead of time (like an hour ahead) and when I got there my pizza was not in the pizza portal. I go up to collect it and when I opened the box it was just pepperoni with pretzel stuffed crust and had no sauce on it. I had ordered a regular pretzel pizza with no stuffed crust.

Came here because I was excited about pretzel pizza and it was the closest one. The crust tastes like they made it out of straight baking soda, nobody could eat it. I get that accidents happen but the breadsticks didn’t even have anything on them it was awful.
