Kitchen ABZ was founded in 2015 by Tom Kitchen-Abz. Tom’s 25 years of healthful lifestyle ranging from certified trainer to his service in the US Border Patrol, the most intense in the Federal government, has contributed to his passion for his client’s overall health and wellbeing. This includes cooking, coupled with his desire to help improve, enabling them to carry their own weight – both figuratively and literally. This is the driving force behind Kitchen ABZ.
Our mission is simple…create a personalized selection of flavorful, gourmet meals that are perfectly portioned and nutritionally balanced to fit our clients lifestyles, as well as their physical needs.

Between training myself, training others, working and college courses, my schedule is insane. Meal prepping was sooo hard to do. I’ve tried other meal prep companies that were TERRIBLE!! The food was disgusting and it was expensive as heck. I heard about Kitchenabz and figured I have nothing to lose. I LOVE IT!!!!!!! I am an extremely picky eater as well. The menu is on point! You can pick up your meals or have them delivered for a small fee. And the food is GREAT!! Highly suggested to use this company for your meal preps!!

I started ordering off Kitchen Abz after I put in a Google search for healthy meals made locally. I could not believe the price!! Online meal delivery services send you frozen foods and are double the price of Kitchen Abz. The food has all been delicious. Buffalo chicken was my favorite so far.
