If I could give them zero star I would… When I pulled up to the speaker they did not say anything for 5 minutes and then when they finally did say something they took forever to respond. Got to the window and payed and then they had us pull around which I’m perfectly okay with. We waited 20 minutes for this to be the outcome of our wings that is not okay for us to have been waiting for 20 minutes. We went inside and asked if we could have teriyaki sauce since there was clearly not any on the wings and she had a very bad attitude and threw the sauce at me so hard it left a dent in the sauce. I work at Chick-fil-A and I know not every establishment is customer service oriented but having to ask for the bare minimum and then have the sauce throw at me is absolutely unacceptable. The owners should at least take pride in their business or they are going to continue to go downhill.

The worst Zaxbys location I’ve ever been to. The cashier wasn’t welcoming at all. Waited for atleast 10-15 minutes for all the food just to be cold. My toast was hard as a rock. There were atleast 4 employees just standing around. The place wasn’t busy at all, we were the only ones in the dine in.

Bama Outdoors
I’ve tried to give them a chance for the last year or two but the Enterprise store is not as consistent as other Zaxby’s stores I visit. One time it would be good and the next three times something is wrong. They did offer me a free salad through messenger one time but I never received it. The door on the left side of the building has been needing to be fixed for probably a year so that in my eyes is not a good sign. It’s like the owners have given up on this store.

Don’t go here … trash overflowing , food all over the floor and on tables , filthy environment …. Food came out cold and there was a kid who I assume belongs to one of the employees running around behind the counter and in the kitchen touching things … woke up the next day feeling sick… coleslaw was served in the same box as hot food and not in a separate container
