The best Pizza in the city. A Pittsburgh family owned business that takes pride in what they serve. Only the freshest ingredients which make their food taste amazing. I would highly recommend trying Lupo out. They have a great pizza selection and are always adding new menu items.

I have lived in Pittsburgh 2 years. I grew up a “New Haven” pizza fan. Have been to Modern, Frank Pepe’s, Sally’s Apizza, John’s of Bleeker, Grimaldis and Pizza Bianco (AZ) and Pizza Lupo makes this list…it is simply the best pie in the Burgh. Fresh ingredients, great crust and love the sauce. run by a great family!

Literally the best pizza ever! Including NYC! We have lived in NY, AZ, Colorado, Florida and now PA. Hands down the best quality, dough, sauce and cheese! Burrata, Grandma and Drunken Meatball are our favorites

I’ve known the owners of the establishment a long time now. I remember many talks of a dream of opening a pizza shop and finally had my chance to step into that experienced dream come true scenario.

This is without doubt artisan pizza. And, it is decent pizza, don’t get me wrong. I just don’t think it justifies the price tag. Over $18 for a margherita pie that isn’t all that huge (normal size for a large), it wasn’t exceptional in my opinion. Definitely not bad, though, and I could see it being an occasional treat.

Best pizza in Pittsburgh. The freshest ingredients and the best homemade crust and sauce. I give pizza lupo my highest recommendation. Can’t wait for them to start serving wings just in time for football season!

Pizza Lupo is some of the best in the Burgh. We love their grandma style pie. If there is a wait, it’s worth it every time. Lucky to have a nice family-owned place like this here in Lawrenceville!

Grandma pie, while it was good, I felt something was lacking and I believe it was the dough flavor. Overall I didn’t get the feeling that I have to rush back for more. Meatball hoagie… the meatballs alone were delicious. I recommend asking for a side of sauce as their sauce is tasty. I will need to try more items then revisit my review. I am definitely curious about the traditional pie. Overall 3.5 or 7/10.

Pizza lupo is honestly the best pizza going and you can’t change my mind. The dough, the crust, the love and care this family has for its pizza but mostly its customers. If your in Pittsburgh or in driving distance I suggest get MOVING AND GO CHECK THEM OUT
