This is definitely the BEST Chipotle location I’ve ever been to! Decided to go here for some dinner. It was an AMAZING experience. The staff there were super friendly and fast, plenty of seating, clean, and delicious food, especially their portions! The portion I got for my Chicken Burrito Bowl was PERFECT, and the atmosphere was spot on.

The music was to loud, server’s couldn’t understand us, then I stood there waiting to pay for close to 10 minutes. After we ate out on the patio we didn’t see a gate or exit sign the door back into the restaurant was locked, I knocked on the door trying to get someone’s attention and was waved off. Then I noticed the gate was hidden to look like the rest of the railing! Also the restaurant was very hot, that is why we went to the patio! That door is to be unlocked during business hours, by law!

ZERO stars would be a better rating. I came in and ordered a bowl, I sit down to eat and the rice is RAW. I was just going to eat it but I almost chipped my front tooth I decided to let them know. The manager is on duty and she just starts making me a new one. I didn’t want a new one but I didn’t want to cause more problems since they were busy. She picks out some clumps of hard rice from the container, mixes it up and gives me the same rice I just complained about in my new bowl.

So I dont know if this is the way to do this.This comment is not intended to get anyone in trouble. I come often with my grandson. Everybody seems to be very busy the manager was even helping. My experience this time was unpleasant a lady kept arguing with the cashier and the person in charge. We didn’t even want to set because she was speaking loudly on the phone using foul language about not liking her food. She kept disturbing the nice kids and they were really doing a good job.

The food is always nice and H O T… And the servings are greatly portioned. The only thing that they aren’t so generous with is the lemon juice that I always asked for to top my food off with? The lemon juice it what makes my meal complete and they only give me very little witch only gets me through the half I’m meal?? So please lighten up. It is what makes the customers H A P P Y…..

Special thanks to Carla for taking care of me. On this day, I went in for a Berry Aqua Fresca come to find it was all out. I hadn’t ordered but saw the pitcher, I was exhausted from the day so I was somewhat OK with it not being there and would have quietly left. Carla noticed and encouraged me to stay and told me she would make me more right away, that she was already working on it! So, I stayed and got my Berry Aqua Fresca.. In a world where it’s easy to let the customer go and take the easy way out, her attentiveness was a breath of fresh air. Thanks Carla! Best Chipotle experience ever.. sometimes it really is the little things.

This location is notorious for not fallowing through online orders. They usually send me a different order or missing item that I paid for when order online. A while ago this location was closed with no reason the next day there were new employees, since that day the portion of food are so tiny is not worth it the drive I finally decided to make a review, too bad since I love chipotle. If you want to have a happy meal try the one on Colfax instead that location is more stable

Came in around 8:30, an hour an a half before their posted time for closing. They however were already thinking about going home. There were 5 employees making their own food before mine, all taking turns. Maybe stood there for more than 5-10 kids before even being acknowledged

The restaurant staff were very nice but the cleanliness in the place, not so much. One of the fountain choices was not available and it was diet soda, which I wanted. The set up for tableware and napkins was very haphazard, kind of like the swipe and run a kid does to “clean” his room. I don’t expect 4 star food or service but this place needs work to make it more appealing.

I love Chipotle, but I had a seriously disappointing visit to this location on Colorado Blvd. Today. I have to order things a little differently because I can not tolerate too much cilantro. So when I order I avoid the salsas, and ask for the plain white rice. I have been to MANY different locations, and everyone has always been so nice about the substitution of plain white rice. They throw a little bit of lime juice on it for me as well (they have that huge bottle of lime juice back where they have to get the white rice…and it is cheaper than me fleecing them for the cut lemons they have for the drinks). There was a girl who had such an air of superiority (at this location) today. She would not give me any of the lime juice. I don’t need to go into detail about it, but she was not at all pleasant about it, and gave a ridiculous excuse as to why. A nice young man got me a half a lime instead. Which was more expensive and more difficult?
