Working at Hot Dog on a Stick has been an adventure! Everyone is trying their best to do their job and keep the chain going. It can be hard especially during weekend food rushes, and you’re alone up front. However it’s extremely difficult when guests aren’t conscious that we have “chores” to do while we also have to serve, prep, and cook the food and lemonade. We make it by stomping. It can be tedious. All for $15 hr. Please be kind and patient. Most of the people working are young adults and teens trying to get through the day, just like you. We are doing our best at a job that seems simple, but can become exhausting after standing for hours and only getting a 10 minute break. All in all, the manager at this location is fantastic and will go out of her way to make sure employees and customers are taken care of. Personally, I enjoy the food and the lemonade. But that’s just me ♀️

I was trying to get a refill with my “souvenir cup” and all 4 employees acted like they didn’t know how to honor my refill for the slushee drink. Before buying the cup I always make sure to ask am I able to refill with the slushee option after today. Every employee says yes. But for some reason today, the staff didn’t want to honor it. I have 2-4 cups because it’s always better and cheaper

Really bad service, they let our corn dogs burn and said that “we can’t control the heat.”. They put way too much batter on the dogs, to the point that it was still raw when they burned them. When we went back to ask for a few new corn dogs they were really rude like it’s our fault that they burned our food. Extremely disappointed.

I ordered food, paid with a 100 bill. The female cashier about 10 minutes ago, stated that she could not accept a 100 bill very rude and raised her voice. There was no sign by the register that stated that they could not take a certain cash bill over a certain amount, they also did not have any other sign stating that they could not accept any other monetary payments other than card. She said she could only take card and repeated herself very inappropriately and very rude. There was not a single sign there and I stated that she needs to put up a sign and she just said okay very rudely. There needs to be proper Management on site in order to watch the young people that are just being very rude at the front it is a mall there is a lot of people that spend cash they’re there had to have been some sort of changed I believe the management failed to train the young employees
