Due to the constant horrible service from this institution, I will no longer be a customer to this location. They refuse to give receipts for any purchases and say ” we don’t have ink to print”. On top of that, this is a restaurant and getting a hot cooked meal is to be expected, only at the location the food is lukewarm at best. Anyone looking for a nice hot meal better look elsewhere!

The bar is set low for McDonald’s, yet this store manages outdo itself with poor quality and service. 3 times I asked if you put bacon on my Mcmuffin and was insured It was. now that being said, the non engaging staff that just nods and stares dumbfounded, was hard to tell if they even understood me. they did not put bacon on my sandwich and for sand in the face the whole meal was cold. incompetence doesn’t begin to describe the poor service this location has.

Ordered through the mobile app. Received the wrong breakfast. I mentioned that I Received the wrong breakfast sandwich and that I had a meal and not just the sandwich. They then gave me the correct sandwich but never included the hash browns. I was running late for work and didn’t realize it until I was already driving that the hash browns were not included. I tried to call but no answer. Just want them to make sure they fill the order correctly for the next person who tries to order with the app.
