This is the worst one I’ve ever been to, so far. They almost single-handedly ruined the entire franchise for me, in one visit. The only thing they got right, were the 3 taco sauce packets on my order. The other sauces that I requested, were either wrong or missing altogether. When I asked for it at the window, the dude motioned as if he was about to toss it through my car window. My tacos were mutilated and dilapidated, yet somehow they still managed to actually taste worse than they looked. I could hear the goofballs laughing and joking in the back, as I sat in my car. That’s probably why I still had to wait at the window for 17 minutes, even though I pre-ordered online. When I finally got my food, I was missing the pizza fries, which was the very first item on my order. Then they ultimately forgot to add the marinara sauce on top of them. Bottom line: I’d rather starve than to ever return back here again.

Ordered spicy sauced and loaded frys, got them with no jalapenos. They then tried to argue it cost extra despite the price being the same on the menu. After I ate I ordered a baked brownie and received a frozen brownie straight from the fridge/freezer. When I asked if it was supposed to be cold they put it in the microwave and burnt it.

This exact location has had issues before in regards to the way that the business has been run before it got rented out by Jack In The Box and I’ve noticed that whoever is managing this establishment at the moment seems to have broken that curse because every time I visit this place they seem to be doing a consistent decent job

Well I remember we had a jack in the box in Chicago heights il and I remember it being a white box with writing on it and the jack coming out the box .. always lived there tacos and burgers well or close down and never been back but in Texas they have one and I got me the burger ,tacos, and the chicken cheese fries oh and there grape sprite…delicious and I’ll well be back

WOULD GIVE 0 STARS!! Cashier didn’t listen to anything I said in my order. I tried to order three meals and she would delete the first and second meal to place the third. Then I would correct her to explain that I wanted three meal deals on the ticket but she only placed one and disregarded anything I would say and asked me to drive to window. I complied and instead of trying to understand my order she argued with me and became very rude and obnoxious. I asked to speak to the manager and had an even worse experience. She was very rude, unprofessional, and unapproachable as a business person. When I tried to explain she sent me to the back of the line and asked me to place my order at the window. That she didn’t have time to listen to customer complaints. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE!!
